We are currently in the process of creating an online repair reporting facility. In the meantime repairs can be reported to us in the following ways:

Our Customer Services Team will take your repairs between Mon - Thurs 9.00am to 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm

When you report a repair to us please make sure you have as many details as possible about the problem and a time of day (am or pm) when it is best to contact you.
